About Me: I am a single mother of 2 adult daughters and 1 adult son. My desire on this journey is to share with others how to have a life of wellness from within.

 

I believe the only way for us to be truly healthy and well is to start from the inside out and for me, that means daily giving my day and all that it has to offer to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I do not think I could have come this far without Him.

 

It's a journey and wouldn't trade for anything! I am a cat lover with a boy and a girl, I love to read, paint and explore outdoors. I am blessed with a home that allows me to do that and gives me spectacular views!

 

I love the beach and a fun fact is my love for lighthouses and I want to see every lighthouse in the world. Not only are they beautiful but they are a great reminder to me to also shine the light of Jesus wherever I am.

I have been an RN mostly in home health care most of 30+ years of practice but have also taught nursing, been a case manager and worked in a medical clinic.
